Hadi Uz Zaman is an accomplished professional with experience in Bangladesh's rapidly evolving digital financial services and technology ecosystem. Throughout his career, he has contributed to initiatives that leverage innovation, digital transformation, and customer-centric solutions to enhance financial accessibility and operational excellence. His work reflects a strong understanding of the intersection between finance, technology, and business strategy, enabling organizations to navigate changing market dynamics and capitalize on emerging opportunities.With exposure to digital payments, financial services, and technology-enabled business models, Hadi has developed expertise in translating complex challenges into practical and scalable solutions.
Mr. Azad brings 17+ years of progressive experience across corporate management, commercial banking, and international nature finance and investments consultancy. He delivered assignments funded or commissioned by top bilateral and multilateral institutions — UNDP, USAID, KfW, AFD, GIZ, and IFC — on climate finance, conservation investment, and ecosystem economics. A First Class university graduate in forestry and business administration from Bangladesh's premier school later turned into nature investments specialist, he is currently formulating Bangladesh's National Biodiversity Finance Plan 2026–30 under UNDP Global BioFin Program. He is committed to bring the frontline expertise directly to every EcoFin mandate.
